Dip Burnu to Asin Limani

Got going at 6:30 am, had a very pleasant time, some motoring but mostly sailing. The Big Sabine has taken to it like a natural! Knitting on the back seat!
Approaching Asin Limani we passed the relic of the harbour gate, a square stone tower sitting just to the side of the main channel in the water. The village is traditional, the minaret is placed centrally opposite the bakery, dusty roads, women in baggy pants, no glitter for tourists here! We crossed the bay in the zodiac and explored the gatehouse, wading out through the shallows and then climbed up the hill to explore the ancient ruins. Saw a series of mosaic floors made from little cubes of marble.
